Fujian Paxdun Import and export Co.,Ltd. ( Quanzhou paxdun bags Co.,Ltd.), is a bags factory which was built from 2006. Our company’s customers are from all over the world such as Europe, America, Asia and so on. From 2006, we began to produced bags products, the factory was located in Quanzhou city, Fujian province. It is a multiple factory including research, design, produce, sales, and do foreign and domestic trade. The annual output of the our factory is around usd15 millions in 2019, famous customers are including Walmart, Target, Aldi, Carrefour, Speedo, Wenger and so on. The products are including backpack, hiking bag, computer bag, school bag, trolley bag, cooler bags, tool bag and all kinds of nylon and polyester bags.

Production Line
There are 6 production lines in our
factory, each line has 25-30 workers.
There are around totally 200 sewing workers.
They are from 18-40 years old with good sewing skills, who work 8-10 hours every day, 6 days in one week. -
Machine
We have many kinds of bags manufacture machines including:
1: 4 sets automatic fabric cutting machines
2: 100 sets computer sewing machines:
3: 300 sets “brother” sewing machines
4: 30 sets high-head sewing machines
5: 10 sets trolley installed machines:
6: 50 sets bar-tack and other machines -
Worker
Except the sewing workers, we also have cutting workers, warehouse workers QC, and accessories workers, about 50 persons on these jobs.
All of them can help to make high quality products. -

Sales Team
There are 8 sales in our export department,who are all graduated from good colleges, are good at speaking English, and are familiar with bags manufacturer experience. Our sales will reply your enquiry or any questions about bags in 24 hours and make best service to our customers.
Designer Team
We built our own designer teams, which includes 3 designers and 2 mold workers and 10 sewing workers. We can make Oem design for our customers and make diy samples according to customers’ idea. Every year, we will invest around million RMB on our sample department.
Quality Control
There are 3 QC workers in each production line, and totally 25 quality control workers in our factory, who can guarantee the high quality production according to customer’ s requirement. We control the quality according to AQL standard, the procedures are as below: First, raw material control ; Second,online quality control;Third Finished production inspection, Finally, after packing quality control.
